ReplyDeleteYears ago, when I sat behind a desk, our west coast rep called me at eight in the morning. What the hell are you doing? I asked. The time difference is three hours. Watching the sun rise over Catalina Island, he answered. Right.
Oh, yes, there are many-a street urchin hanging about Haight St. & environs. It's not pretty.
